Questions about a payment, a payout or a fee go to the same address. Include the booking reference if you have one — it is on the order in your Money screen.
Privacy and your data
Requests about personal data — a copy, a correction, a deletion — go to privacy@mypocketsalon.app. You can also export your clients, bookings and takings yourself at any time from Settings, without asking us.
If you are a client of a salon
We do not hold your booking on our own behalf — the salon does. Contact the salon you booked with. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will help.
Who you are dealing with
myPocketSalon is operated by DarkSolutionsUK, a sole trader — Ben Darlington. Trading address: 19 Osier Court, Thornton-Cleveleys, FY5 4QS. As a sole trader the business is not registered at Companies House, so there is no company number to quote.
